We are a title one public school in Hawaii with a wide variety of students of various ethnicities. These students are hard working and so creative. Our goal is to not only teach life skills to our students, but we give them a window into a career in the culinary field. Many of these students are classified as special education students. Culinary arts is one of the few classes where students can really shine and excel! They love "hands-on" learning and take pride in the dishes that they create!

About my class
