The comfort that bean bag chairs offer will be a welcome addition for students during small group counseling. Students learning social emotional skills in the topic areas of grief and loss, anxiety, self-regulation and friendship need to feel relaxed and at ease in order to share their thoughts and get the most benefit from the group. The bean bag chairs also provide easy social distancing during this time of Covid regulations. I look forward to being able to offer this choice of seating as students bravely pursue their mental health.
