We are a rural school in south Louisiana. Over 60% of our student population is on free or reduced lunch. Inspiring these students to overcome their economic/social handicaps and succeed in the engineering process, is truly a worthy endeavor. Our robotics group consist of students of all grade levels. In fact we have several former students who return after graduation each year to become mentors for the new students. Our students also participate in community service events. This October the students organized and participated in a blood drive for the local community.

About my class
