Inner city schools...a diamond in the rough!! I teach kindergarten in an inner city school in California. My students came to me extremely needy...no preschool, no exposure. Once, these students were exposed...the sky was the limit!!! At this time I have 12 students who are reading at the end of kindergarten., 5 students who are reading at the middle of kindergarten., 1 student who is reading at the end of first grade ans 2 students who are reading at beginning kindergarten.

About my class
