Every child LOVES to play. The skills that children learn from play help to shape and mold them. When students are not given the chance to play they are unable to create and maintain friendships, as well as getting the required exercise that is essential for a healthy lifestyle. By donating to this project you will be helping children become active! The supplies I am requesting include balls to help learn to bounce, catch, kick and shoot. Scooters, a tumbling mat and tunnel will help to strengthen both their upper and lower bodies. There are a variety of other supplies, including a cart to store them in that will give these students the opportunity to both improve their skills as well as work on learning to roll play, share, take turns, and have social interaction. Thank you for helping make a difference in these children's lives!
