Teaching high school students can be a challenge when they feel like they are "in a jail". I want to transform my classroom into an underwater environment. Transforming the learning environment can motivate a student to do and achieve more. In most classrooms, teachers have to find posters, pictures, quotes, etc to cover their dull white walls. My goal is to do away with the poster clutter, paint the white walls, and add the decals to change the learning environment. This project will benefit my students by having them eager to come to my class each day. When they are eager to come to class, they are more excited to learn. When students are excited to learn, it motivates the teacher. When the teacher is motivated, the lesson quality increases.
