Technology is crux in today's learning environments. In second grade, students will be required to do shared research, explore videos, pictures, and other mediums to advance their learning. With Chromebooks they will be able to find primary sources and research topics when writing. Allowing students the opportunity to access information for themselves brings concept and learning alive in the classroom. Further, the materials can also be used to allow students access to various computer-based programs offered at my school that accompany the curriculum. The opportunity for blended learning will assure that students receive learning at their appropriate learning level via adaptive computer programs and enrich their lives through technology experiences and resources.
