I want to have an interactive projector in my classroom as a tool to support whole class, small group, and individual learning. Help our whiteboard come to life with images, educational games, videos and large surfaces we can annotate and then save for later use. With this projector, the whiteboard becomes an enormous monitor and the pen, or even students' fingers, become the mouse or keyboard. This is the perfect technology to provide access to my students who have a range of physical and intellectual learning challenges. I can use BrightLink to enhance our school’s standard curriculum. For example, the BrightLink projector provides an essential visual aid to make sure the students with disabilities are highlighting the right information. We know that movement - actually physically moving objects and words - helps our students learn. And the interactive features of this projector allows students to go up to the board and drag and drop images and words to create sentences or complete graphic organizers. My students love using technology. Now that means students working individually on small laptops. With this projector, our whiteboard functions as a large, collaborative digital space which all students can access at the same time.
