Some of my students have the latest technology and quality headphones available to them. Some of my students struggle to have their needs met. With this grant, all of my students will be able to experience educational websites in the same manner. This will help my students from lower SES backgrounds have the same opportunities as their peers. Many students in my classroom have difficulty sitting in their desks all day. Students have requested bounce bars and other fight tools. With the standing desk, my students who cannot sit for an entire day of school will have an option of using the standing desk when needed. This desk will benefit the entire classroom because it will lessen distractions and misbehavior from students who are fidgety and allow all students an opportunity throughout the day to get up and move while learning.
