Being fit and healthy plays a big role on how we live and think, it increases blood flow, more mobility, and more brain activity which can help the kids be more aware of what there capabilities academically and physically could be (Goal Setting).Making them responsible for their bodies growth, and mold into a fit machine making them stronger athletes. Along side with proper instructions and healthy eating would make them more active and productive, this will just be the beginning of their journey into fitness. The importance of this equipment is to motivate the students to make a life changing decision on healthy living.

About my class
