3....2....1... Houston we have lift off!! Students on PlanetM9 dream of being not only the first astronauts in their family, but the first college graduates. Our school is located in a low-income area with a large non-English speaking population. Our students are presented with challenges when it comes to reading and making connections in their learning. As teachers we have to be extra creative in our instruction, providing experiences that encourage a love a learning. For many, school is the only place where they are able to get exposure to technology, yet our school has limited resources.
