Preschool is the foundation for learning in a young child's life. I will be using various technology platforms to meet with my students virtually. Through this virtual time with each other, I will teach key literacy skills such as the alphabet, emergent writing, concepts of print, vocabulary, and story elements. For math, we will be focusing on number recognition, subitizing, patterns, shapes, and addition and subtraction. The materials I have chosen for this project will help my preschoolers be hands on and engaged online and offline during this remote learning period.
