I have 22 students in my classroom, from a wide variety of ethnic, racial and socio-economic backgrounds. Several are English language learners. Despite their wide-ranging life experiences, however, all of my students have a tremendous enthusiasm for learning. It is also wonderful to see the many friendships that have blossomed among the students in my class and the pride they have in their school.
