I am a Special Education teacher. My students are children with IEPS (Individualized Education Plans) that are in grades 1, 2 and 3, and in 4 different classrooms. They all are a part of a larger classroom with their non-disabled peers. They receive some instruction in smaller groups or in another location to enhance their ability to learn. The children that I work with have a variety of educational, emotional, behavioral and physical needs that my programming supports. These students are bright, spunky, fun and working hard to grow and learn despite their very unique challenges.
