During these difficult times of virtual learning, my students have a harder time remaining engaged. A portable laptop will help me connect with my students as it gives me the flexibility to provide therapy from a remote location. Once we are back to brick and mortar school, the laptop will be used with my kids to provide therapy activities via fun online games. The headphones will be used to help eliminate distractions and better focus on providing high-quality therapy to my students. The webcam will be used to help demonstrate to my students and their parents how to perform activities I have personalized for them to perform in their home. In addition, the webcam can be placed in different angles and locations to accommodate exercises and writing activities. Paper and ink will be used to print out activities and deliver them to my students that do not have access to a printer due to financial circumstances and younger students who do not tolerate an increased amount of time in front of a computer. Thank you for your consideration as this will benefit my kids during these challenging times.
