Our jazz band has developed over the years. We have gone from eight people playing at our talent show to up to thirty performing at Jazz Nights at one of our city's high schools, other Jazz Nights around the state and competing at the Clark Terry Jazz Festival. Our standard uniform is all black but having a dark green tie would really make the look of the group pop. These ties will be used for years to come and will reach hundreds of jazz band students in the future. One of our favorite annual performances is during lunch. The kids really like to perform for their friends while they eat. Having these ties will make them stand out even more and excentuate their pride in what they do, if that is possible.
