Hello, I am a special education teacher in California. I teach students in the 3rd, 4th and 5th grade. Every year I incorporate new best teaching practices into my classroom. This year I am eager to try flexible seating. Allowing my students to sit in and on things that are more comfortable for them than a regular school chair. Studies have shown that this allows students to stay engaged longer and to think better. My students have extra trouble focusing and processing that this seating will benefit them the most and help them close academic goals. Thank you, Mrs. H
