I am a proud teacher in the inner city, where my students inspire me to be the best teacher. The students in my classroom require my undivided attention, unless their attempting a challenging assignment. As stated earlier I'm a Special Education teacher, therefore I have multiple grade levels in one class, as well as various disabilities. Therefore, to ensure that I work one on one with each student on a daily basis, my classroom runs on a rotating system. However, this system can become challenging because the students become bored very easily. This boredom can offset attention seeking behaviors, which interrupts instructional time.
