I teach an amazing group of 5th graders. Our school is located in the heart of downtown Louisville, and we are one of the top performing schools in our district and state. We are also the only K-12 school in our district. We have a very diverse population and draw students from every zip code in our county. Since our students perform so well we do not get the extra funding that a lot of other schools in our district receive. Our teachers are always struggling to find the resources necessary to successfully run a 21st century classroom.
