Having a new and faster device, will make all of the difference. The webcam on my district issued laptop does not work very well. I began teaching in my school district last year. As you know, new teachers get refurbished devices. Often times I have difficulty viewing videos with my students and opening applications. This school year, I would like to successfully teach virtually. I would like to be able to share my screen without technical difficulties. I selected to Surface Pro because it of the portability. I will need to be flexible and able to transport materials back and forth between home and school as needed.
