My students struggle daily with obstacles of focusing, sitting still, and not distracting their classmates. They deserve a supportive classroom environment that promotes and fosters their capabilities! The motivation and want to learn is overwhelming among these groups of students! They are very diverse groups that work hard to try to overcome gaps and achieve their goals. These 8-12 year old students just want to do their very best! My classes range from Reading/Math Gifted and Talented to Reading/Math Interventions. Regardless of the class, the need to support their everyday childhood struggles are revealed daily.
