Carmen Dragon Elementary is located in CA. Our school teaches to a wide diversity of eager learners of about 500 students. Over 70% of our students are English Language Learners and over 95% of our school population qualify for free and reduced lunch. My students are hard working and determined to do their best with what little they have. For the past 2 years, our school has proved this true by gaining over 50 API points and meeting our AYP goals.
