Students learn differently, gone are the days of wooden desks in rows, with all attention on the teacher. GROUP DISCUSSION pushes learning to another level! In order to encourage this, small seating areas will be created using the couch, and the coffee table and bean bags will be another seating area. They are more apt to have peer conversations, that lead to deeper thinking. The stand up desk are for students who cannot sit still. And the small stools will be used at the kidney table for a slightly larger group. Alternative classroom seating leads to better attention/focus, less restlessness, and increased participation.
