I would guess that about 1/3 of my students have access to computers at home. How will we adequately prepare students for the real-world workplace without exposure to technology and without teaching them to use technology effectively? Almost 14% of our students are migrant, and 53% are on free and reduced lunch programs. Our population is 48% Caucasian, 27% Hispanic, 1.5% Native American and 1% African American/Pacific Islander.
