My students are in the 7th, 8th and 9th grades which are ages 12-15. This is their first legitimate academic instruction in art production. The school is a high achieving school where parents are very involved with their students' education. The students are eager to learn and push themselves to greater success. Our school puts great emphasis on learning the arts along with math, science and English. The students come from many different economic and many ethnic backgrounds . When they come together in our school they become one cohesive group. They work together and are very kind with each other.
