Our High School provides a Mariachi class to students to preserve and share the music and culture of Mexico. This class is supported by students and parents of all backgrounds. The Mariachi exposes the student body to new ideas and music but also maintains the traditions of traditional mariachi music. The Covid-19 Pandemic has made it imperative that each student is able to use their own instrument to limit their exposure to the virus. By providing more instruments to my students they will be safer and can take instruments home to practice and continue their music education outside of the classroom.

About my class
