I would love for my students to be able to "see" our solar system each day as they are in our classroom. I would love for my students to be encouraged, and excited, about our world and the planets around us. Perhaps a future scientist is in my classroom. Perhaps a future astronomer is in my classroom. I would love to provide every opportunity possible for my students to expand their knowledge and wonder about our Solar System. In addition to the visual of our Solar System, the Magic School Bus book about the Solar System, as well as the other Solar System models, would be wonderful supplements to our lessons about the 8 planets and the sun.
