62% of our students receive free or reduced priced lunches. We live in a rural community where farming is the main source of income for many. We currently have approximately 460 students that attend our public school. Our community is very small and have only one elementary, middle, and high school to serve our students. We work diligently with the community, our resources, and our parents to provide lots of informational and family sponsored events to build relationships between school and home. Many of our students come to school with limited supplies and may often need additional academic support at school. We have a wonderful staff and a supportive principal, but we all know funding for the resources needed at times is limited.
