I am requesting Time For Kids magazine subscriptions for the third-grade students. Time for Kids is a magazine delivered weekly to our classrooms (students get to keep their copy). These materials will be used daily in the classrooms. TIME For Kids is a weekly news magazine that aims to engage students while presenting them with high-quality nonfiction writing to build reading and critical thinking skills. The magazines offer rich vocabulary allowing them to expand their knowledge and discover words they may not discover elsewhere. Each issue covers a variety of themes, topics, and current events. The magazine covers the areas of reading, writing, social studies and science. Donations to this project will help provide students with information that helps them stay up to date on real-life topics while allowing them to learn about the world around them. These subscriptions will help students become engaged and build critical thinking skills while learning about current events.
