Our area was ravished by an EF5 tornado in May of 2013. My Pre-K program serves a variety of children from across our community. They are from varied ethnic and racial backgrounds. I serve 40 children each year at my school. Our school is a neighborhood school. Unfortunately a good portion of the neighborhood was destroyed by the tornado. These children are survivors!
