Our school is a magnet school for self-directed learners. Because our school is a high performing school, we do not qualify for most of the resources or funds that low performing schools receive. The majority of our furniture is severely outdated or in poor condition. I teach an amazing and energetic group of first graders! They love to read and write. My students have big ideas for writing and they are eager to learn how to spell a lot of new words. I would love to have the adequate space to encourage their learning!
