Las Vegas is a very diverse city full of different flavors, fusions, cultures, and passions. My first graders and myself mirror the diversity of this melting pot. We come from not only different states, but different continents and cultures. Each of us bring something interesting to the classroom that enriches the rest of us. We have different talents, dreams, and traditions. This is one of the many reasons why I think our our classroom, school, and city are special and unique.
