My students need to move! How can I expect my students to process anything I am teaching if their brains are screaming at them to get moving? Science has proven time and time again that children truly should be on the move. Students can pedal while they participate in regular classroom activities, and since the pedals are essentially noiseless, they don't interfere with classroom instruction or activities Mini Exercise Bike's will give my student's the ability to move while they are learning. The students can pedal while they read, rotating through stations so everyone gets a chance. Research shows that exercise helps stimulate the brain. If the my student's are working and exercising, it helps them learn better. Help me bridge the gap between research and practice, help me give my students this ability.
