I have 25 students in a small, rural, farming community in Illinois. We are located in a flood plain. A majority of the students are low income. They come to school ready to learn new things. They greet me with a wonderful smile and hug each morning. Our district struggles to maintain a high quality, cooperative, learning environment for these children because all of the state cuts. PLEASE HELP!
