Our school is 60% English Language Learners. We've had a tough few years; lack of funds, constant changes in the school district. We have never had a shortage of eager students. Our goal is to ENGAGE them in learning. To fire them up! We want our students and families to believe in our school again. As we move into Common Core and 21st Century learning, we are integrating subjects that we were told must stand alone. We have a new lease on our curriculum. You can hear it in our voices and see it in our classrooms. Look out worms, here we come!
