Our high school is a suburb on the coast of Georgia. We are one of the fastest growing towns in Georgia that is increasing in diversity. In effort to offer more rigorous classes and prepare our students for college, we added AP Computer Science this year. In January 2014, I will have two classes of 25 students each, all of which anticipate furthering their education beyond high school. My students are eager to learn about designing and implementing computer programs using the language of Java. These skills will prepare them to be competitive in their university acceptance and future career paths.

About my class
