My name is Ms. Ski to most people and I work in a very high poverty environment. I love working at Garcia Elementary because these children are so excited about their education and they don't deserve to be lost in the cracks. They all have stories and backgrounds that make their lives harder than any child's life should be but they come to school as their safe place. I want them to know school is their stepping stone to make what they want in their lives happen. Third grade is a hard grade with so much to grasp and understand!! We are always doing amazing hands on projects and something that may get my little people dirty. We are very communicative and appreciative for anything that may be donated and hope we can either write or Skype you to thank you for your support. We are molding future leaders!! Alone we are smart but with help we will be BRILLIANT!!
