When students arrive at school each day, they are social and love to talk to their classmates. My plan is for students to use this time each morning to explore these manipulatives and work on STEM challenges in a social and collaborative setting as well as during our inquiry-based science class. STEM challenges provide an excellent opportunity for my students to generate questions about the world around us and to extend their learning about various topics. Providing a variety of resources and challenges is important in meeting all of my students' interests and keeping them engaged in learning about new things!

About my class
