My students are in school to receive Early Intervention which will help them developmentally catch up with their same age peers. Much of the instruction that takes place in our classroom takes place through play based learning. When our students are engaging in play whole parts of their brain are engaged, developing crucial connections that lead to a positive development. These toys will allow me to work with several students at the same time on the goals that have been targeted in their Individual Educational Plan. My students have many fine motor, gross motor, and cognitive goals that these toys will help our class to reach their goals.
