Using the VR headsets, students will have the ability to be transported to ancient sites around the world. Field trips to explore the Pyramids of Giza or the Roman Colosseum never have to leave the walls of the classroom. VR headsets engage tech savvy students through the use of a medium that makes a challenging subject like social studies come to life. Learning is further supported through the Ancient Civilization series that can be shared virtually for students who are learning from home. Each title supports one of the major civilizations we examine in middle school social studies.
