If my project is fully funded, it will make a tremendous change in my students' academic achievement. The majority of my students’ work quality isn’t the the best because they are constantly interrupted by what is going on around them. With the use of headphones their grades will increase because they will be able to hear better. This is a critical problem many of us teachers are facing through virtual learning. My students will be able to focus more because distraction and noise will be minimized, and it will show in their work.
