My students are goal-oriented, with their academic targets in sight! The technological advancements improve exponentially, and to keep ahead of the curve and have their academic experiences be relevant, real-world, meaningful, and provide the engagement and rigor necessary to inspire them to be the problem-solvers and leaders of the future, I am requesting these 3-D printers and 3-D pens with the supporting filaments. These printers already have a home in our classroom, and we are so excited to use them in an effort to come up with solutions to real-world problems. Innovation, inspiration, ingenuity, and invention will come to life! I never had such materials growing up, but if I am able to provide them to my students and enhance their academic experiences, how awesome is that! And you can make it happen for us!
