Students love to produce quality work that shows off their personality. By having students write scripts for themselves, they get the opportunity to research, write, learn, and share their information in a taped video. With the common core standards there is an emphasis on technology, speaking and listening, and now the next generation science standards. Using the iPads and camera will allow the students to put all of their skills to use. Some of the projects will be: creating weather reports, explaining their thinking about a group project, and creating our classroom weekly news report for their parents. Thank you for making a difference to all of the students at my school as we will be able to use this equipment in multiple ways for the next few years.
