Learning that it's OK to make mistakes now, will help my students succeed in life. I teach 130 12th grade students taking AP Statistics and Quantitative Reasoning. Both of these courses use real-life examples to teach and reinforce mathematical content. Most of my students live at or near the poverty level and for some, school is the one place in their lives that is constant.
