I am requesting multiple sets of the Lego Education WeDo Core 2.0. This will allow my students to have exposure to the wonderful world of coding. As the world becomes more technologically advanced, I want to provide my students with such learning opportunities. The Lego Education WeDo Core set will help catapult my students into a world of exploration and open many possibilities as they take this educational journey that is coding. The use of the WeDo sets in class will also provide my students with opportunities to problem solve while working collaboratively with their peers. The use of the sets will also help the students further develop their creativity and require them to develop and perfect their ability to speak in front of groups as they explain their thinking and the process that will go into their coding projects. These are skills they can use throughout their school years and in their future careers.
