My students are amazing. They attend a small year-round school in Hillsborough, NC. I really feel fortunate to work in a school with next to no behavioral issues. With the exception of a very small percentage, my students demonstrate a willingness to learn and experience new things, and I try my best to foster this by exposing them to as many different forms of music as they'll allow me. Our students and staff have created a very close-knit community here. Teachers don't disengage after a child leaves their room. I often see them speaking with their new teachers to check up on their progress. Our staff works together in PLC better than any school I've been a part of.
