My students are from a public school in New York City. They are fifth graders who love to read, learn, and expand their knowledge. They are a talented group, participating in art, dance, and other extracurricular activities when available. They attend a school where there are many resources, however, many of them are outdated. Many of them need consistent guidance and visuals in order to grasp the concepts we are discussing. Constant practice, modeling, and peer work helps them achieve high academic standards. They are a great group of kids with group potential to be outstanding citizens in their community and world.

About my class
