I am blessed to work with an amazing group of talented first graders. I am a dual language Spanish teacher and have a total of 51 students. Many of them struggle to read and lack many social skills. A large majority of my students come from homes where English is not spoken. They lack vocabulary and have limited life experiences. The school that they attended is a Title 1 school all students receive free lunch. The school they attended also lacks up to date technology.
