I am the Health/Physical Education Teacher for grades K-6th. We are a Charter School in one of the poorest areas in New York. My students face a challenge every day, just because of the neighborhood they are growing up in. We have high expectations for every student and we challenge them every day to succeed. I believe my students are some of the most deserving group of kids, because every day they triumph by working towards their goal of going to college.
