The students will be engaged in project based learning and will be working in collaborative groups often. By offering flexible seating options for students they will be able to choose what seating will work best for them depending on the task. The flexible seating options I chose will make collaboration easy and will provide comfortable working spaces. Putting students in control of their seating will increase student engagement and improve student behavior. Many of my students are high energy and thrive when they are able to move while working. By allowing students choices, they gain confidence and are able to own their learning.
